These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any order you place with Pinch of Spice Kitchen and Grill ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Pinch of Spice Kitchen and Grill is a restaurant operating from Shop No. C/1, Building No.1, Apala Bazar Somor, Shrimanji Complex, Kacheri Rd, Khandad, Mangaon, Maharashtra 402104, India We prepare and deliver food to customers in and around Mangaon, Maharashtra.

2. Placing an order

You browse our menu on this website and build an order in the cart. When you confirm, your order details are sent to us over WhatsApp, or by any other payment or ordering method offered at checkout. An order is only accepted once we confirm it with you directly by WhatsApp or telephone.

We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if the delivery address falls outside our service area, if we cannot reach you to confirm, or if we reasonably believe the order is not genuine.

3. Prices and menu

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Menu items, portion sizes and prices may change without prior notice. Food photographs on this site are for illustration; actual presentation may vary.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and UPI payments, and may offer online payment methods at checkout. Where an online payment method is used, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider under their own terms. We do not receive or store your card, UPI PIN, netbanking or other payment credentials.

5. Delivery

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation rights and refund handling are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Food safety and allergies

Our kitchen prepares vegetarian and non-vegetarian food in a shared space and handles common allergens including dairy, wheat, soy and nuts. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free from traces of an allergen. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell us by phone before ordering so we can advise you honestly.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to give a correct delivery address and a reachable phone number, and to be available to receive the order. You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or place fraudulent orders.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes, power or network failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, menu descriptions and design, belongs to Pinch of Spice Kitchen and Grill and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raigad, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies.
