Delivery Policy

Pinch of Spice Kitchen and Grill prepares and delivers food directly. We are a restaurant, not a shipping business, so this policy covers local food delivery rather than courier shipping.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver in Mangaon and the immediately surrounding areas in Raigad district, Maharashtra. If your address falls outside the area we can reach, we will tell you when confirming your order and cancel it at no cost to you.

We do not ship food outside our local delivery area, and we do not deliver outside Maharashtra or internationally.

2. When we deliver

Orders are accepted and delivered during our opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Orders placed outside these hours will be confirmed when we next open.

3. How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 30 to 60 minutes of being confirmed. Preparation time depends on the dishes ordered, and delivery time depends on your distance from the restaurant. During peak hours, festivals or bad weather it may take longer. If we expect a significant delay we will call you.

4. Delivery charges

Home delivery is free on orders above Rs.250. For orders below that amount, please confirm delivery with us when we call you back — depending on your distance we may ask you to collect, or agree a small delivery charge with you before we begin preparing the food. You will never be charged anything you have not agreed to first.

5. Receiving your order

Please make sure the phone number you give us is reachable and that someone is available at the delivery address. If our delivery staff cannot reach you or find the address after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to the restaurant, and for Cash on Delivery orders we may decline future orders to the same number.

6. Collection

You are welcome to collect your order from the restaurant instead. Tell us when you order and we will let you know when it is ready.
