Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because we prepare food fresh to order, this policy explains clearly when an order can be cancelled and when we will refund you.

1. Cancelling an order

You may cancel free of charge by calling or messaging us on 8451876111 at any time before we begin preparing your food. In practice this is usually within a few minutes of placing the order.

Once preparation has started we cannot cancel the order, because the food cannot be resold. If you paid online and cancel after preparation has started, we are not able to refund the order.

2. Orders we cancel

If we cannot fulfil your order — an item is unavailable, your address is outside our delivery area, or we cannot reach you to confirm — we will tell you as soon as possible. If you have already paid online, we will refund you in full.

3. When we will refund or replace

Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery if:

• An item is missing from your order
• You received the wrong item
• The food arrived spoiled, or in a damaged or leaking container
• Your order was not delivered at all

We may ask you to send a photograph over WhatsApp so we can see what went wrong. Where the complaint is justified we will, at your choice, replace the item or refund it.

4. What we cannot refund

We are not able to refund an order because of a change of mind after preparation has begun, or on the basis of personal taste — for example a dish being spicier or milder than you expected. If you have a preference, please tell us in the special instructions when ordering and we will do our best.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Online payments are typically returned within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made in cash or by UPI transfer, as you prefer.

We do not charge a cancellation fee.

6. Raising a complaint

Call or WhatsApp 8451876111 during our opening hours and quote your order reference. We aim to respond the same day.
